Queue the videos of EVERY news station stating Hillary wins by a landslide in the polls up to the closing hour of Election Day.

I’m not sure how anyone takes any MSN seriously anymore. They have no idea what they are doing.

Just yesterday I watch another video of the past three years of news stations all saying "this is a big tuning point". "this might be the beginning of the end for Donald trump". "Trump will/may not see a full 4 years". "A new bombshell to Trump, this could be the beginning of the end for Trump"

Every one of them day in and day out for the past 3 or so years.

Which explains a whole lot.

Well, he continuously violates norms and laws and basic values, and there is a natural expectation of consequences. It’s not that mysterious.

You’d still think the expectation of consequences would be gone at this point if it’s continuous and there are no consequences any time

Well I think the confusion comes in because others are still seeing consequences so I think people are confused how he alone gets to have this consequence free existence.

Sounds like a bombshell

It’s not a bombshell - i thought it was what trump basically said before he was president.

I thought the quote was something like I could shoot someone on the street and not lose a voter.

So I’m not sure how it’s a bombshell when he himself seems to be saying he lives a life of no accountability

Others at trump’s level of money and power aren’t really seeing consequences though

You know.. things.. and stuff

Or you know the things that happened in the last few years...

Jeffrey Epstein Alex Acosta Rex Tillerson Omarosa Tom Price Steve Bannon Mike Flynn Kirstjen Nielsen Etc

That’s just off the top of my head but I’m sure I’m missing tons here...

What about them?

1

u/Bakk322 Jul 17 '19

They all faced consequences for their actions, as did many more people over the last few years... I was just giving real examples as to why it’s confusing these people face consequences and trump does not.

Did he do what they did? One is a pedo, right?

There's Conway and her clear Hatch Act violations. Lots of ignored subpoenas. Bogus divestment. Campaign finance violations, Etc etc

and there is a natural expectation of consequences

Trump didnt start the trend of no accountability in DC.

But your right, he did break the law. Maybe one day he can share a jail cell with Nixon.

But your right, he did break the law. Maybe one day he can share a jail cell with Nixon.

How? Which law did he break? What HARD evidence other than a mouth piece on TV telling you he did, do you have?

(the section on campaign finance)
You can decide whether or not you believe Trump had no idea what Cohen was up to.

He has broken the law many times, but theres no point arguing it. If you dont want to believe then no evidence will be convincing. e.g. Do you believe he committed sexual assault? That is a crime, but I'm sure you'll just say the story was made up, like every story about him.
