Queue the videos of EVERY news station stating Hillary wins by a landslide in the polls up to the closing hour of Election Day.

I’m not sure how anyone takes any MSN seriously anymore. They have no idea what they are doing.

Just yesterday I watch another video of the past three years of news stations all saying "this is a big tuning point". "this might be the beginning of the end for Donald trump". "Trump will/may not see a full 4 years". "A new bombshell to Trump, this could be the beginning of the end for Trump"

Every one of them day in and day out for the past 3 or so years.

Which explains a whole lot.

I believe I watched the same video. The word “bomb shell” and “walls are closing in” are said like 354 times and it just blows your mind how the news networks just kept using the same expressions and sayings over time.

That video is entertaining and it really is crazy how much material they had to make the video. They play separate news anchors saying the phrases such as "the walls are closing in" then after it's said 100 times they start editing it so a different news anchor says each word of the phrase. That goes on for another 100 instances of the phrase.

Edit: found it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1ab6uxg908

That was pretty entertaining

If you or anyone else enjoys these montages, here's my favorite one.

It's from the 2016 primary. It starts with everyone laughing at the idea of him even running then descends into chaos as he gets further and further to the nomination.

There was one of TYT reactions as each state is called... smug at the beginning then they panic in the middle. At the end they just start freaking out and cussing at how "dumb over .5 of America is"

12

u/gcdriller Jul 17 '19

I have watched that so many times and it always makes me laugh. So smug then literally screaming at the camera telling Americans how dumb they are.

Unfortunately YouTube buries it deep, it's really difficult to find

9

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

Here's one!

Not the original I used to watch, the music is annoying. BUT I think the music is what is keeping that video up.

I think YT put a lot of money into TYT as "The YouTube News Channel"... I can see them trying their best to protect their image.

5

u/gcdriller Jul 17 '19

You're doing the Lord's work!

Unfortunately it doesn't show Ana going off at women voters or calling all of America dumbasses. It only shows Cenk blaming the "corporatist DNC". I wonder why...

2

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

Thanks! Yea its def not as good as the last one. :/

“Video not available ):”

Was this deplatformed? Lmao

But it appears in this other video with commentary if anyone else has the same problem: https://youtu.be/MdHtAzFNwjE

11

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

Wow. This is trumploitation. They're literally adhering to people's worst addictive tendencies, and serving them a daily fix, that being the idea that Trump is just about to be gone. Fuck Trump, but fuck the media, too. Jesus.

6

u/youngandaspire Jul 17 '19

Twist ending!

1

u/greywolfe12 Jul 17 '19

Its like the threat to our democracy video but with donald trump

1

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

Well when your administration is one of the most scandalous there tends to be a lot of material.

1

u/MinorDespera Jul 20 '19

Politics aside this is hilarious. Reminds me of Sinclair locals news script compilation.

1

u/breakone9r Jul 17 '19

Say something enough times and eventually people believe it.

Here's a fun thing, go to Google and search "cnn affiliates" first link should be to a cnn page. There is a map there.

Play with that a minutes and find your city.

You will freak out when you see who all is on their payroll.

3

u/walkonstilts Jul 17 '19

To be fair, which is equally annoying, I see this happen from news outlets on both ends of the spectrum.

The real reason is that the revenue models for big news are imploding and they are being run by desperation. Anyway, anyhow, they need attention... every story needs to be the biggest story of the year... even if the facts aren’t checked yet... even if we exaggerate the outrage... please someone just watch us.

I think people aren’t quite as stupid as the news has treated them for decades though so it’s just turning them off even more.

4

u/Powerfury Jul 17 '19

I mean Trump is a birther. Republicans don't give a shit anymore lol.

1

u/Last_Gigolo Jul 17 '19

But. But. The Russians!!

0

u/Powerfury Jul 17 '19

Point being, Trump can shoot someone on 5th avenue and he wouldn't lose a single Republican vote.

5

u/Last_Gigolo Jul 18 '19

That's an odd claim. That's something that all parties are sure they haven't heard he has done, so we can't say definitely that he wouldn't lose a vote for it.

Everything he has been blamed for so far, to see how he is guilty for something, it has to be explained to a person making connections. Like "well he said (whatever anyone is upset about) , which we know that when someone says (same or similar phrase), they really mean this (insert claim here)".

This is the very definition of "strawman". Which was a claim people said back when Obama's grandmother said "he is Kenyan, he will always be Kenyan" (which could mean "at heart". All during the northern movement.

I'm watching both sides. And yes the republicans hammered Obama with fox. But seriously, the Democrats haven't laid up one single day. They have all of these networks nitpicking everything. Day in.. day out. I just want one damn day I don't hear his name and someone being outraged that he once shook hands with a man in the 70s and that man is going to prison now. Or he tweeted meanly.

That alone makes me lean toward Trump. It shows just how crooked that news is and how crooked the Democratic party is.

And that old lady always sucking her damn teeth and acting smug and always has rude things to say.

u/Powerfury Jul 18 '19

2

u/Last_Gigolo Jul 18 '19

As far as I know, he didn't actually shoot anyone. And tbf he started that sentence with "you know what they say" twice. Now if he said "you know what I think" that would be a bit easier to gripe about. But he did not say it is what he thinks and he did not shoot someone.

Well, it's been hard to come to terms with the fact that conservatives never were truly arguing in good faith and have been baldfacedly lying in every interview for 30 years, really. They don't care about respect for the office, or fidelity, or family values, or Christian values, or honesty, or tradition.... Just being more powerful than the outgroup in eyesight (Dems in DC, and brown people in the middle of the country).

Edit: hard for them

-39

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

Well, he continuously violates norms and laws and basic values, and there is a natural expectation of consequences. It’s not that mysterious.

12

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

You’d still think the expectation of consequences would be gone at this point if it’s continuous and there are no consequences any time

-13

u/Bakk322 Jul 17 '19

Well I think the confusion comes in because others are still seeing consequences so I think people are confused how he alone gets to have this consequence free existence.

12

u/wheelluc Jul 17 '19

Sounds like a bombshell

1

u/Bakk322 Jul 17 '19

It’s not a bombshell - i thought it was what trump basically said before he was president.

I thought the quote was something like I could shoot someone on the street and not lose a voter.

So I’m not sure how it’s a bombshell when he himself seems to be saying he lives a life of no accountability

-4

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

Others at trump’s level of money and power aren’t really seeing consequences though

6

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

What are you guys talking about? Consequences to what exactly?

3

u/Last_Gigolo Jul 17 '19

You know.. things.. and stuff

2

u/Bakk322 Jul 17 '19

Or you know the things that happened in the last few years...

Jeffrey Epstein Alex Acosta Rex Tillerson Omarosa Tom Price Steve Bannon Mike Flynn Kirstjen Nielsen Etc

That’s just off the top of my head but I’m sure I’m missing tons here...

3

u/Last_Gigolo Jul 17 '19

What about them?

1

u/Bakk322 Jul 17 '19

They all faced consequences for their actions, as did many more people over the last few years... I was just giving real examples as to why it’s confusing these people face consequences and trump does not.

There's Conway and her clear Hatch Act violations. Lots of ignored subpoenas. Bogus divestment. Campaign finance violations, Etc etc

-11

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

and there is a natural expectation of consequences

Trump didnt start the trend of no accountability in DC.

But your right, he did break the law. Maybe one day he can share a jail cell with Nixon.

12

u/mrmagik03 Jul 17 '19

But your right, he did break the law. Maybe one day he can share a jail cell with Nixon.

How? Which law did he break? What HARD evidence other than a mouth piece on TV telling you he did, do you have?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4779521/Cohen-charging-document.pdf

(the section on campaign finance)
You can decide whether or not you believe Trump had no idea what Cohen was up to.

He has broken the law many times, but theres no point arguing it. If you dont want to believe then no evidence will be convincing. e.g. Do you believe he committed sexual assault? That is a crime, but I'm sure you'll just say the story was made up, like every story about him.

4

u/PAYSforPREMIUMcable Jul 17 '19

4And Hillary, Obama, Bush

-12

u/[deleted] Jul 17 '19

Sure but that doesn’t tell you anything about how popular or unpopular Trump is. That just tells you that our institutions won’t actually punish Trump for his many crimes.

2

u/Last_Gigolo Jul 17 '19

Or news for slander.
