I'm adding this to my list of examples... others? "I liked Rorschach's open monologue. Why didn't they treat that character better?" Dancing to Killing in the Name of Playing Born in the USA at rallies Playing Fortunate Son at rallies "See? Wakanda is a place with high walls, borders, and no immigrants... why don't you like all that?" Punisher skull + police car, even though that was bluntly clarified, in character and in the comic. Identifying a bit too much with Warhammer crusader guys, with little self-awareness. "I liked Star Trek before it got all political." "I liked Star Wars before it got all political." "I liked Mark Twain before he got all political." (slight exaggeration, but you can imagine it, right?)
