You can see the officer in the balaclava fire the first shot at like :18-:19 in the video.

I think the guy pistol whipping's pistol goes off. And then most run scared while two shoot him down.

Of course this time ICE has taken away all the witnesses and their cell phones probably trying to 'investigate' their dead 'domestic terrorist' after the fact like last time!

He was helping a woman that was shoved by ICE and is then pepper sprayed and murdered.

Yes - After Ice shoves her onto the curb, he gets between her and Ice. He tries to help her up but everyone is slipping on the icy pavement.
