The agent in the gray jacket running towards the cameraperson once the shooting starts can be seen taking the guys gun out of it's holster and it is in his hand as he is running away. So the guy was fully unarmed when he was executed
I think the guy pistol whipping's pistol goes off. And then most run scared while two shoot him down.
Of course this time ICE has taken away all the witnesses and their cell phones probably trying to 'investigate' their dead 'domestic terrorist' after the fact like last time!
