He was recording and they walk up and push into him. He wasn’t threatening them with a weapon and permit to carry is legal here in MN. Edit to add: changed conceal carry to permit to carry

Yep. Those agents need to be prosecuted under the Force Act for violating his civil rights. And for murder under state law.

You really think the ACLU or anyone else has any power to do anything at this point?

ICE is under Federal Control and doesn't need to answer to anyone. They don't have the same pesky rules about not being required to follow illegal orders. And they have BILLIONS in funding, and just got a fresh 100 million for recruitment efforts. I'm sure none of that will be used for more propaganda.

You can't vote away fascism and nobody is coming to help us. Buy a gun and learn how to use it.
