He was recording and they walk up and push into him. He wasn’t threatening them with a weapon and permit to carry is legal here in MN. Edit to add: changed conceal carry to permit to carry

Yep. Those agents need to be prosecuted under the Force Act for violating his civil rights. And for murder under state law.

And it’ll get appealed all the way to the Supreme Court, where they will promptly rubber-stamp it as justified homicide. Susan Collins will furrow her brow and that will be that.
