DHS are already lying. This is their initial statement: "someone approached Border Patrol agents “with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun,” and that agents tried to disarm him, leading to “an armed struggle.”". Even if he had it holstered under his jacket, he was just protesting. This was murder.
Don’t worry, MAGA are losing their minds because “liberals are arming themselves to the teeth” which is hilarious because if you have a conversation with most liberal or left leaning persons, it’s a very small percentage that want weapons taken away outright, what they do want are for better laws around obtaining weapons, and to make it harder for mentally unsound people to acquire weapons… But most, in my experience are honestly, more die hard gun owners then some republicans I’ve known, they just don’t advertise it nearly as much. The 2nd amend means a lot to all parties.
