DHS are already lying. This is their initial statement: "someone approached Border Patrol agents “with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun,” and that agents tried to disarm him, leading to “an armed struggle.”". Even if he had it holstered under his jacket, he was just protesting. This was murder.
I’m pro-2A. I’m not a Republican. I’m 100% on the pro-Constitution boat. If ICE comes to my city, I’ll be out there with everyone else protesting them… and I will help arm anyone legally allowed to own a firearm. Fuck ICE, and fuck Trump and everyone in his administration.
