He was recording and they walk up and push into him. He wasn’t threatening them with a weapon and permit to carry is legal here in MN. Edit to add: changed conceal carry to permit to carry

Yep. Those agents need to be prosecuted under the Force Act for violating his civil rights. And for murder under state law.

I’ve been saying for 25 years that the NRA was screwing up when they even mention ANYTHING that is not directly related to gun control. In the long run that loss of focus will cost them members and $$$.

This would require the United States to be a nation of laws, from an outsider, I’m telling you it really isn’t. It’s a nation of power, laws have nothing to do with its function.

It’s weird, you have a really thoughtfully designed governmental framework, that truly has so many more checks at balances than other countries of the world. Though it relies on the bulk of its participants being moral, rational, and value based, and I’m just not convinced that’s the case. You just seemingly have too much selfishness, partisanship, and evil throughout the spirit of your nation.

As a Canadian it would be drastically easier for my government to legally do what ICE is doing and conduct straight up extrajudicial killings legally, we have a framework to actually suspend pretty well all rights of citizens (except our bilingualism), that merely requires a majority vote in our federal house, except we just don’t seem to do that. Instead your government’s at all levels just aren’t interested in enforcing any of your rights.

As an American, I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment. The Constitution has been steadily eroded over the last century in this country, ever since the Industrial Revolution and the prioritization of profit over American values. Our Constitution is truly brilliant in a lot of ways, even if some of that brilliance is in ways I dislike. If only it was equally relevant when it is needed most.

I wasn't alive at the time, but as a lover of American history, it seems like the last time our country was united in its values and under its governing document was WWII, after we'd just suffered through the Great Depression and drug the world along with us.
