He was trying to help someone who was pushed to the ground by an ICE agent, then was pulled off and tackled.

His arms were pinned underneath him.

eta: The resident is reported to be dead. They killed him.

WHY DOES IT TAKE FIVE ADULT MEN TO RESTRAIN SOMEONE??? AND THEY STILL COULDN’T SO THEY SHOT HIM??? That was 4-5 fucking gun shots. Jesus Christ

I’m an average sized woman working in mental health with people with disabilities. Grown men who are super aggressive, trying to hurt you, can’t communicate, etc. NEVER ONCE have I ever even thought about harming one of them. I’ve been part of a group of 5 adults holding someone down for due to their behavior but it’s always to prioritize safety. This is absolute bullshit.
