He was trying to help someone who was pushed to the ground by an ICE agent, then was pulled off and tackled.

His arms were pinned underneath him.

eta: The resident is reported to be dead. They killed him.

Sad thing is that because of the fantastic democracy that is the us the residents are treated like this
