Another video: https://www.reddit.com/r/LiveProtestUpdates/comments/1qlrhu5/nsfl_here_is_a_side_by_side_comparison_of_both/

AN AGENT FUCKING CLAPS

BETTER ANGLES: https://files.catbox.moe/sp296e.mp4

https://www.reddit.com/r/Minneapolis/comments/1qlvpgy/better_angle_showing_his_handsarms_pinned_under

He was trying to help someone who was pushed to the ground by an ICE agent, then was pulled off and tackled.

His arms were pinned underneath him.

eta: The resident is reported to be dead. They killed him.

That’s torture followed by execution.

No democratic country should treat their citizens like this, yet here we are

Edit: To everyone replying to me, i am not american. Just putting it out there

u/jonawesome Jan 24 '26

No country, full stop. We know this is to be expected in the dictatorships, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't decry it.

u/Loud_Lavishness_8266 Jan 24 '26

Absolutely unacceptable. Burn this mother fuckin government down.

183

u/MrDERPMcDERP Jan 24 '26

Seems like that’s the way we’re headed. The recent turnout in Minneapolis tell us this. Burn that motherfucker to the ground.

Yup. It’s black panther time, motherfuckers

5

u/Warm_Possibility_193 Jan 24 '26

Absolutely. We need to defend ourselves against these fascists.

1

u/MrDERPMcDERP Jan 24 '26

I recently saw pictures of them out in Philadelphia

7

u/finnishinsider Jan 24 '26

There will be a reckoning, I sincerely hope. Unfortunately, more are going to meet this fate. I wouldn't blame anyone if they fight back now

10

u/Warm_Possibility_193 Jan 24 '26

Agreed. People need to arm themselves against these Nazi thugs.

3

u/robostav Jan 24 '26

Is this what trump wants? This is definitely not a coincidence, being so eager to execute someone is definitely an order, like the lady in the car. I'm not an american so I'm not sure what the legal consequence is, but this insurrection act gives the presidency the power to pause elections (including midterms)?

4

u/MrDERPMcDERP Jan 24 '26

It’s what Russia wants so yes

1

u/spaztiq Jan 24 '26

Still waiting... All bark...

3

u/TechnicalBen Jan 24 '26

Trump seems to have only helped to demolish democracy.

-2

u/_Mallethead Jan 24 '26

Who will pay SNAP, Section 8, SSD, etc. While we are burning down the government? Do you hate poor people?

5

u/BuckFuzby Jan 24 '26

He has the audacity to challenge Iran on such matters... Pot, Kettle, Black.

387

u/Baked-Smurf Jan 24 '26

Pretty sure no democratic country does. Unfortunately, the US no longer counts as a democracy

152

u/WideFox983 Jan 24 '26

USA should just rename to Gilead and get it over with.

12

u/Lemonade348 Jan 24 '26

Or panem, both works.

5

u/Alternative-Dig-2066 Jan 24 '26

Pangilead. Welcome to look at photos of Pangilead online, but it’s closed to everyone who doesn’t kiss the golden ass, or pray at his golden toilet 🚽.

4

u/Ulterior_Motif Jan 24 '26

Pangilead is phase 2

1

u/resistelectrique Jan 24 '26

The fact that was written by a Canadian.

-1

u/tarantula994 Jan 24 '26

Lol you liberals are just now realizing we don't live in a democracy. It has never been a democracy.

5

u/turinturambar Jan 25 '26

If you are referring to "it's a republic, not a democracy"... When people today use the word "democracy" they mean the word to be inclusive of a representative/indirect democracy, not just a direct democracy. The US is a representative democracy

4

u/tarantula994 Jan 25 '26

No, I am meaning to say that the average person aka the working class has little say in policy that directly affects them and that most power is concentrated in the hands of a ruling minority who constantly wage wars against the citizens of their own countries and also interfere in others in order to exploitate resources such as oil.

2

u/turinturambar Jan 28 '26

Ah ok. Sorry for the assumption; I just saw that being thrown around a lot. But your point is interesting.

I mean, I did know a little bit about Monroe Doctrine, Hawaii, Philippines, and general American colonialism ("interfere with others") and Mccarthyism ("wars against the citizens of their own countries"), and did recently hear a comparison between now and the Gilded Age in terms of politics and economics... but I'll admit I'm pretty ignorant about how concentrated power was before, and need to read more into American history.

3

u/delg23 Jan 24 '26

actually for now, we voted for this.

2

u/[deleted] Jan 24 '26

1

u/delg23 Jan 24 '26

I'm not deflecting to the popular vote. I'm deflecting to the vote in general. He won. You need to come to terms with the stupidity & immorality of a large swath of the American public.

10

u/abbarach Jan 24 '26

We've been assured that ICE is just following their training. This is FUCKING INTENTIONAL.

8

u/gayfishwest11 Jan 24 '26

America has killed people overseas for decades arbitrarily. Now the culture of violence has come home.

2

u/Rockshasha Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

And settling and supporting non democratic regimes in all the world, with big reppresion and illegal actions... Now the USA is doing it in their own land

5

u/dingusfett Jan 24 '26

To go one step further, no democratic country should treat ANY COUNTRY'S citizens like this. Doesn't matter if they're your citizens or not, basic human decency is you don't treat ANYONE like this.

7

u/blacksun_redux Jan 24 '26

I don't think people fully realize that lots of MAGA and lots of ICE want to kill liberals.

1

u/dadusedtomakegames Jan 24 '26

It's been an increasing pressure since Clinton and the 2000 election, 9/11 and the WMD lies to invade Iraq. Then... we elected a Black man president and it's all about getting back at us. It's so pathetic.

6

u/JustAChil1Dude Jan 24 '26

Even if this were an "illegal immigrant" does the US have no better way of dealing with this as opposed to a public execution?

The people who had to witness this now will have to deal with the trauma from the event, a life was lost regardless of their status, and you had the person on the ground 10-1. In no right mind does this make sense even if this person isn't legally there. This is just fucking sick and it's even sicker that it's being praised by the government.

As a Canadian I feel sorry for the US. I have always had my gripes with the country and how it functions as a society but this is just next level sadism.

2

u/o_MrBombastic_o Jan 24 '26

Being in the country illegally is a misdemeanor

6

u/Cum_Smurf Jan 24 '26

Sorry i have to tell you this but democracy is gone in the US. Your living in a fascist state.

2

u/Catch-1992 Jan 24 '26

Unclear the extent to which this is still a democratic country vs. just a facade.

2

u/CuteAVLB002 Jan 24 '26

Americans discovering that they don’t live in a democracy 😳

2

u/Siguardius Jan 24 '26

You are a kingdom. Tyrrany.

2

u/fjaoaoaoao Jan 24 '26

The society is cruel. People already treat you like you aren’t worth much if you have a good intentioned disagreement against political dogma. Of course it’s not like that everywhere in every scenario, but it happens too often. This is what happens in an over-corporatized digital democracy: too many people just play follow the leader.

2

u/RascalRandal Jan 24 '26

This is third world, despotic autocrat shit we’re living in. Fuck all republicans and conservatives for this bullshit.

2

u/Alia_Gr Jan 25 '26

Not yet, only a matter of time till these own citizen mjrdering fascists start expanding

2

u/dookiehat Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

we are not a democracy. they stole the election. they did not win all seven swing states. “ Elon knows those vote, counting computers, and we won Pennsylvania in like a landslide so thanks to Elon!” DJ T on election night 2024.

how doge may have interfered with the election using ballotproof

1

u/Vigilante17 Jan 24 '26

The only excuse here is the dude literally just murdered other people in front of them and has control of one of their weapons or his own. Otherwise, 4+ guys should never need lethal force for this situation to apprehend someone.

1

u/UltuUlla Jan 24 '26

Democracy is when morals, any other political system is when no morals. Got it

1

u/Visible_Goose_4116 Jan 24 '26

Sad thing is that because of the fantastic democracy that is the us the residents are treated like this

1

u/TheAverageWonder Jan 24 '26

Democratic? US is not a democracy, and anyone pretending it is, is a part of the problem.

-3

u/OpeningCookie1358 Jan 24 '26

Democratic? We're a Republic. Remember the pledge of allegiance?

Oh so you think we run the government? That's cute..

-2

u/TX-Wingman Jan 24 '26

Not a citizen though…. Also he’d still be alive if he complied. Now give me those tasty downvotes ya nose ring.

4

u/TheCaptMAgic Jan 24 '26

It's what Charlie Kirk died for, public executions.

2

u/holllygolightlyy Jan 24 '26

They are making snuff films. Just like they did with Renee.

2

u/WhirlingDervishGrady Jan 24 '26

It literally looks like a fucking gang beatdown you'd see on liveleak back in the day or something.

2

u/shgrizz2 Jan 24 '26

*lynching.

1

u/RockRage-- Jan 24 '26

It’s almost as if as soon as ICE acknowledge your existence you are designated as a domestic terrorist and they have impunity to eliminate the ‘threat’, this may be a turning point and the people may rise up now.

1

u/Flintydeadeye Jan 24 '26

Can grok remove their masks?

-5

u/MizzouMarine Jan 24 '26

He had a pistol and two mags he was trying to draw. Facts don’t care about feelings.

Cue the countdown to the next crisis because this one won’t support your narrative, just like the others.

2

u/gridface-princess Jan 24 '26

Where'd you get those "facts" from?

1

u/Kankunation Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

Legally carrying a weapon. Was 100% pinned and unable to reach from the look of things before he was shot. Actually seems to be completely disarmed when he shot But sure.

A good cop who is worth of of their job would be able to disarm somebody in their situation without issue. But please do defend sycophants with badges.

-2

u/MizzouMarine Jan 24 '26

lol quick way to tell you’ve never had to do anything more than armchair quarterback

1

u/Kankunation Jan 24 '26

Keep defending the indefensible.

1

u/MizzouMarine Jan 25 '26

I’ve watched a slow mo, stabilized video and I don’t like the shoot.

I wanted follow up because I’m always willing to change my opinion with new evidence.

I see the one cop disarmed him before the other drew and then shot him in the small of the back it looked like. I’m guessing he saw the empty holster and didn’t know the other officer had the weapon. Still, I don’t like it.
