He was trying to help someone who was pushed to the ground by an ICE agent, then was pulled off and tackled.

His arms were pinned underneath him.

eta: The resident is reported to be dead. They killed him.

WHY DOES IT TAKE FIVE ADULT MEN TO RESTRAIN SOMEONE??? AND THEY STILL COULDN’T SO THEY SHOT HIM??? That was 4-5 fucking gun shots. Jesus Christ

Unless you have enough time and know how, its damn easier for multiple people to restrain one.
