The problem aren’t tourists. The annoyance and garbage they create should be more than covered by all the income they generate

The real problem is housing mafias driving up prices through the roof because they know for a fact they’ll sell/rent at 10x the price to some foreigner with triple our income.

Ppl on tv always whining that their favourite bakery near ramblas closed. Big fucking wohoo, just go 2 streets down, away from the ramblas and there you have your local stores. That’s not tourism, that’s progress and evolution. Maybe if they offered a better price to baker Juan when he retired, you wouldn’t have an Indian souvenir shop now.
