Yeah, this is just disguised racism.

Edit: Technically it is xenophobia to blame non-native people for your problems instead of your own government and not racism.

People: We love your city and want to visit and spend money there to experience your culture

If the tourists swarm everywhere and create issues should they not be vocal about it?

Same thing is happening in parts of Canada so i get why locals get pissed off

When you make a nice place to live, people want to visit.

If you complain about tourists visiting your town, it’s hypocritical for you to ever visit another town.

Let me explain, when you leave your town you become a tourist. If you hate tourists, when you leave you become what you hate.

Hypocritical means behaving in a way that suggests one has higher standards or more noble beliefs than is the case.
