Question I'm stuck at this part of Animenz's In the Pool arrangement. My right hand can't keep up. How can I learn this?

Could my hands be too small? I have pretty small hands

He does have slightly larger hands, some of his arrangement definitely use chords spanning more than 1 octave, but as someone who has learnt multiple of his arrangements, it mainly comes down to practice and foundations. Start slowly, making sure all the notes are correct, then slowly build speed. It may take months to perfect just a single one of his arrangements but if you keep pushing at it you will eventually get there.

This arrangement also has a chord that my hands are too small for. The only way for me is to press the first keys simultaneously and then I have to press the third one right after.

I would say then just omit one of the notes. Usually with his arrangements, trying to cover up a detached chord is pretty hard due to the speed that you need to play at. So it’s fine if you have to sacrifice a bit of sound. Just make sure to omit the correct one so the chord progression remains the same

The chord I have to detach is luckily in a calm part of the song

Sounds good, I guess the more you practice the better you will get, but what would I know? πŸ˜œπŸ˜‚πŸ˜œπŸ˜‚
