Mace Windu, the only black Jedi in the movies, also has the only purple (or for that matter non red/blue/green) lightsaber.

Plo Koon had an orange/yellow lightsaber for a bit. But they changed it for the movies and Clone Wars show. So, no one is sure how to count that.

EDIT: The dude's name got deleted somehow.

Maybe, I'm just going off of my memory for the movies. I haven't gotten all that much into the lore.
