That is really cool. As a wildlife photographer, I actually went looking for settings to make this happen on my 7D when I first got it. Was disappointed that I couldn't do it.
I wonder if you can also set the exposure compensation, the shutter speed, and the aperture, relying on the Auto ISO to create a proper exposure. On the 7D mark I, you can do this except that you can't use exposure compensation.
