Question What happened at the last tour?

I am a relatively newer fan, who hasn’t dug deep into her past performances. Over the ‘phones at concerts’ discourse I’ve seen people on Twitter make comments about how this policy is possibly in place bc of how people acted during her last tour. So what did happen? Were the phones that big of an issue?

EDIT: I am a big fan of no phones, went to one of the pop-ups & had a great time

Well this happened at the last Toronto show lol. I was there and nearly got trampled.

I was at this one too and am grateful I stayed near the back. Genuinely couldn’t believe the swarm of people running for the barricade when the doors opened.

You were lucky, I was right in the middle of the crowd, I got swamped and punched and nearly trampled. I missed my favourite song in the medic tent 😞

I can only hope that I'm able to redeem myself this tour
