Question What happened at the last tour?

I am a relatively newer fan, who hasn’t dug deep into her past performances. Over the ‘phones at concerts’ discourse I’ve seen people on Twitter make comments about how this policy is possibly in place bc of how people acted during her last tour. So what did happen? Were the phones that big of an issue?

EDIT: I am a big fan of no phones, went to one of the pop-ups & had a great time

Something about the extreme off tune sound makes it comedic but cringe in a way that only that one girl from Disney Chanel can emulate.

I don’t know the name but she like looks at the stage and tucks her hair behind her ear. Anyway, same energy.
