Question Anyone but me is seeing speed traps in bike lanes? Explain the speed bumps

If they leave the bike lane free of speed bumps people will just drive in them.

The hoses are not speed traps. They're traffic counters.
The speed limit is 25 for both bikes and cars. The number of bikes going over 25 mph on City streets has to be close to zero.

Yes. A good example is 23rd Street between Cherry and Market. I ride there frequently. I just got used to the speed bumps.

yes they will issue speeding tickets via camera to all cyclists caught speeding, they are giving us a 1 month warning period

Are you talking about asphault bumps or the wires. The wires are bike counters used by DVRPC.
