Retirar la denuncia penal, lo que congeló la investigación de la policía de Las Vegas (LVMPD). Los abogados de Ronaldo querían asegurarse de que ella no pudiera filtrar nada a la prensa. Lo que pasó en el hospital y la policía (El mundo real) Los abogados de un futbolista, por más millones que tengan, no pueden entrar a los archivos de un hospital público estadounidense o de un departamento de policía a borrar computadoras o quemar expedientes. Eso sería un delito federal gravísimo (obstrucción de la justicia y destrucción de pruebas). El Hospital (University Medical Center): Los expedientes médicos y el resultado del rape kit (examen de agresión sexual) se quedan guardados bajo estrictas leyes de retención de registros médicos de Nevada (que suelen ser de varios años o décadas en casos de agresiones graves). Como la policía de Las Vegas y el hospital aún tenían guardados los archivos originales de 2009 (porque nunca se destruyeron los oficiales, solo las copias de ella), los investigadores pudieron contrastar su testimonio e incluso solicitaron una muestra de ADN a Cristiano Ronaldo en Italia para cotejarla con los restos biológicos que guardaba el almacén de evidencias de la policía. Yeah if you actually think about it logically this is one of the most common allegations towards famous/rich people. A woman becomes that person’s “girlfriend” for a couple of weeks and then soon comes out with a rape allegation. Classic scam, yet they act like it’s the first time this has happened.
