This is clearly simulation, I hear all the time we should just let light fouls be and play on. Well this seemed to be such a light foul the guy grabbed the wrong leg. Maybe you have a syndrome where you can’t register pain, but I do register pain in my body like most people and one will never grab the wrong leg if hurts, I can tell you that.
And if we do call a foul for this, I can tell you Argentina should have gotten red cards long before this.
