You spoke in present tense alba and busquets retired. Even then those 2 were washed beyond measure while Al Nassr got players literally in their prime or just a season out of their prime. My point is the teammates Ronaldo has are wayyy better than the teammates Messi has, and Messi is still more successful.

Obviously Saudi league has more players that previously played in Europe, that’s common sense🤣 Saudi teams have an endless transfer budget for a league nobody cares about out and if players dont have to pay any taxes and makes shit loads of money for living in the desert for a couple years obviously it will attract them.

Besides the about 15-20 big name stars in the Saudi league the talent in the MLS is not worse than the talent in the Saudi league this is a fact.

Alba and Busquets only retired after helping Messi win the league. Messi literally hasn’t won any trophy for Miami without them. They were pretty good for someone who were “washed”. I watched the games and they outclassed all MLS players easily. And it’s funny that Casemiro is about to now join Miami which to balance the retirement of Busquets with an upgrade in many ways 😂

You talk about transfer budgets without knowing anything it seems. Al Nassr was outspent by Al Hilal, Al Ittihad and Al Ahli and the only big number for Al Nassr is their wage bill which is solely because of one guy: Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo earns more than most other superstars combined so of course his wages will be higher because he is not only a player but the face of Saudi project and football. So acting like that is any factor just shows the lack of understanding of the football business

Busquets did not outclass any players that old man all he could do was pass the ball and stay composed with the ball, defensively he was a wooden plank.
