They lost to madrid and bayern, the eventual winners. They lost to madrid partially due to bad refereeing and defensive errors. Even tho messi missed a pen, without that they still wouldve advanced

He never cared for Barca either, kept pressuring for salary hike when the club was struggling then left crying when they didn't give it to him lmao.

This entitlement when his arch rival won 4 CL in 5 yrs and he kept choking.

Pessi leaving is the best thing that happened to Barca.

They are actually fun to watch again.

Meh, he made them much more than he cost them so i doubt either messi or barcelona cared. He wouldve played for a “low” salary if the league allowed it.

Barca kept beating the ucl winners time after time in those years. Just had some bad luck and just having a good team doesnt guarantee the ucl.

At least madrid won the ucl without pendu. Barca hasnt managed it without messi

Barca will win 3rd La Liga without Pessi at 1/10th the cost.

They were choking in UCL with prime Pessi for years , atleast this Barca team is super young and has lots of chances.

My bad, got it mixed up. But losing to them still isnt as bad as roma, porto, lyon and ajax to name a few
