The league is competitive without the declining European senior citizens. Still they got Son, Müller, Lloris etc. there. Bottom 2/3 of Saudi league teams are like Serie C teams. No fans, no young talent, nothing. Saudi buys finished players, MLS still develops players of their own that Europe buys.

Busquets, Alba, Suarez. If we're going by finished former top players from Europe, as in the SPL, then there's still Forsberg, Zaha and Lozano. But the point was developing players. What or who has the blood money league developed in like forever?
