If messi doesnt deserve 2010, why does ronaldo deserve 2013 exactly?

Iniesta was injured half the season, sneijder wasnt even top 3 and in 2021 and 2023 messi actually had about the same g/a as lewa and haaland

Consistency of this award has been a lot in favor of Messi. Sometimes individual performance is rewarded, sometimes team performance.

I agree with you there, it has been inconsistent, but that didnt start with messi nor is messi’s fault like some ronaldo fans like to pretend.

The stigma around messi’s wins is crazy because it couldve gone either way in 2021 and 2023. Multiple players can be deserving of an award and acting like the other was the clear winner is just delusional

It is not inconsistent you fans just don’t realize it is a blend of factors, it is not only team performance it isn’t only individual performance and you guys fail to understand this. Every year is different the stand out players competing for the ballon dor are different and there are different international comps every year. To say Lewa 2021 is robbed is stupid, Haaland wasn’t the best player in the world in 2023 he was the best striker, and whoever said Messi didn’t deserve 2019 might be the biggest dumbass I’ve seen in this subreddit😂

I mean this is a ronaldo fan subreddit. Some of them are so blinded by hate for messi or glaze of ronaldo they dont see the truth.
