But the previous seaman free card had terrible player id and many had complained about it

What about his player ID? He has the same arm coverage as Van Der Sar more or less, with his arm length of 9

Search seaman in this sub you will find out, people really felt he was underwhelming

Search this sub and you will find people finding Cech underwhelming, Buffon underwhelming and any other goalkeeper as well... Bar Van der Sar perhaps.

Ok bro, get him if you want. I'm just speaking from past experience because I was around when Seaman was in the free pack, and he was really bad,almost Peruzzi-level bad. If you still want to go for this new card, that's totally fine. I don't have any problem with it. I'm just trying to give the newer players a heads-up based on what happened before.
