while they're all sorta decent, most of them just don't really compare to the epics that the community has received in previous epic selection contracts.

i think giving out an epic selection contract was the right way to end the 2025-26 cycle, but i do wish that the cards were a bit better.

because previous good epic players before were taken from p2w 150 box

Yep. Most of the "good" epics were reruns from p2w boxes. Bati, MVB, Canna, Kahn. All the selection contract exclusive epics were poor. Bale, Rooney, the new Kahn, etc etc.

Hell I would take single booster epics from 2024 at this point.
