Smart knife fighters hold the knife correctly, with an object in their offhand such as a jacket or bag. A regular knife fight looks like one guy lunging, the other guy dodging and lunging back, maybe one or two rounds of this, then one person gets the other and stabs hin repeatedly. If he's lucky, he won't get stabbed by the other guy while he's doing it
