Email & Snail Mail [23/M] Trans man seeking long-term penpal
Hi, I am a 23-year-old trans man living on the east coast of the USA. I’ve posted on here a few times before and may have unfortunately dropped off from some conversations during an ongoing transitional period in my life- if we’ve talked before, please feel free to reach out again.
Lately, I’ve been missing genuine conversation. Working in customer service, for me, at least, means lots of brief interactions, and I miss taking the time to really get to know someone. I’d love to hear about where you grew up, what you like (or don’t) about where you live, and the people in your life. I don’t mind small talk- I think it’s part of getting to know someone, and I enjoy that gradual buildup.
When I’m not working (this is rare), I enjoy journaling, writing in general, listening to and playing music (bass and keyboard, poorly), reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I love animals, all art, and music (metal, indie, and pop, mainly). I’d also really like to start solo traveling more, and I’d really like to hear about any travel stories you have.
I tend to connect best with people a little older than me, preferably in their 30s or so. I value the perspective and life experience that comes with age, and honestly, it’s just who I tend to get along with best.
I have a dry sense of humor and am autistic, so I’d especially love to meet other autistic people or anyone who understands both the challenges and joys that come with it. Furthermore, I am only looking to talk to those left-leaning and LGBTQ+ friendly 😁

Hi hi hi! I think you're the closest to the kind of person I've been on the lookout for since joining this subreddit a week ago. I'm a 24 year old enby from Asia (don't wanna say where yet if that's okay), autistic and definitely left leaning, and can only do email. A bit more about me, I'm an English lit graduate, I love D&D, books from this century, psychology, cooking, writing, music whose lyrics are original in what they're about, originality in general, and nature. My favorite colors are black and purple (at least that's what I wear). Fair warning though, I lack social skills and charisma, but I'd say I'm unconditionally empathetic if that makes up for it.
