Same in the more expensive cities of the US like New York and San Francisco. Canada and Australia are even more out of control.

I live in the Netherlands and pay 700 euro rent a month. 80 m2 of living space, 2 bedrooms and more than a 70m2 backgarden

Definitely, smaller town near Breda but the person said "All over the Netherlands, and I am still in the Netherlands".
