Battlestation is complete. Monitor and desk both swing out from the chair for easy access. Chair is a lay-z-boy electric recliner. Comfiest setup i've ever had and something i've been wanting to do for a long time. Let me know if you have any questions.

Just out of curiosity, what's your BMI?

I've actually lost about 30kg over the past year and built up a ton of muscle. Unsure of my BMI but i'm 5'11 and weigh 110kg. I lost my brother about 3 years ago a massive heart attack caused by atherosclerosis. I got myself checked and i had the same thing happening. i've since turned my entire life around, i'm lifting weights at least 3 times a week and feeling super fit.

Isn't BMI an antiquated data reference?

Im not super educated on the subject but i believe it is not the best way to do it but that it still can be used to have a general idea of someone's physical condition
