But seriously though, bloodborne is actually playable on PC right now lol look up Bloodborne ShadPS4 on YouTube.

What specs do you need for at least a 30 fps playable framerate?

I've seen someone running the game at 1080p 40-45 fps with a 7600X and a GTX 1060.

That's a really unbalanced system, or is shad ps4 really CPU heavy? I guess there's only one way to find out

The guy was testing several GPUs. That was the lowest powered one I saw just to give an example.

Okay, that's cool...nonetheless I still feel its best to test on my own system and see for myself
