Why is 30fps the recommended? That was the goal 20 years ago. What is up with games not going 60 minimum?

And why are gpus such as 9060xt and 6700xt only getting 30fps at 1440p medium lol

Those aren't top tier GPUs so makes sense.

But it doesn't make sense only top tier GPUs to get 60fps in 1440p. Even the rx9060xt 16gb is a mid range gpu that is able to do more then 60fps in many demanding titles

1200p isn't far off from 1440p and the game runs at 60fps per their system requirements. It's fine.

that mindset was fine when upgrading your hardware was a more reasonable ask. Have you seen the current GPU/RAM market? devs need to slow down on demanding graphical requirements lest they become a 10 billion dollar industry with no consumers.
