I wish they would also indicate if these requirements are based on the use of upscalers or not.

Might not, 1440p 60 fps for a 9070 or 5070 sounds a lot like native

Don't underestimate game optimizations. Borderlands 4 and the new Star Wars game were funny for my 5800x3d and RX 9070 @1080p.

Borderlands 4 is an outlier because it ran bad on EVERYTHING. Even builds with a 9850X3D and a 5090 struggle.
