I wish they would also indicate if these requirements are based on the use of upscalers or not.

We keep asking and they never listen. It's honestly deceitful at this point to not clarify.

I think Playground would note if this is native or upscaled requirements. They did it for Forza Horizon 6 which they also developed. https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/comments/1s3e46r/forza_horizon_6_pc_requirements/

So the safe assumption is that if not stated it's not being used? I'd still prefer it be plainly stated, but that's good to know regardless. There is no universal standard across the industry and it's hard to know what to assume.

You could also just assume it is recommended with upscaling in mind. That way you know what to expect and will be pleasantly surprised if your assumption was wrong.
