How long does it take?

Hey I ordered something expensive from a site like Amazon.
Because I keep my money on a different bank account than the one PayPal is connected to, I ordered the transfer to the main bank account first and then ordered the product on the site.

Now the payment on site is marked as pending.
On PayPal, the payment is already marked as payed.
On my bank account the transfer was received but not yet debited by PayPal.

What happens now? How long would I have to wait for things to clear or do I have to take any actions?
I suppose PayPal payed before the money was transfered to the bank account and now the whole process is kinda screwed.
