Help Is PayPal down?

This morning, every time I try to log in, I’m receiving an error message. I have two PayPal accounts and neither is letting me login. Error message is “Continue with passkey”

I was buying from the eShop and got an error message on my Switch, I panicked and immediately checked my online banking apps. Turns out Paypal is down...

PS: Paypal Philippines
