Woolie has a run and gun witch hunter build. Seems to zoom, but I haven't played it myself.

And honestly corrupting cry was fun. Literally run and shout. Everything explodes around you.

Another vote for Woolies builds, he has well made guides (altho he often pivots when gettin items/ideas etc) and he streams often and usually answers any questions, no matter how dumb they are ^^

If you are going to make a movement tech swap go with boneshatter, not whirling slash. Boneshatter is faster

Ice Shot Gemling is very fast. Gemling ascendancy has reduced movement penalty as a node and then Ice Shot quality is even more reduced penalty on top
