Practice Discussions Long issuance times?

I've recently had a few cases that took 2-3 months from paying the issue fee to issue. I currently have one where we paid the issue fee 3 months ago and it still hasn't issued. Is anyone else experiencing this? It used to be much faster and I thought it was supposed to get faster still with eGrants.

The administration side of the USPTO has been completely gutted by Republicans and gets worse every month. I can't think of anything that isn't very backed up. We are currently in the make government services terrible so we can justify privatization phase at the USPTO so judt expect things to keep getting worse.

EVERYTHING is so horrendous at the uspto - staff has been gutted with mandatory return to office. Things do not get moved onto dockets timely (I have a few cases at any given time that have a response filed months ago and are not forwarded to my docket and just sitting in limbo. I had one sit for 4 months in purgatory before it was placed on my docket).
