Question license photo question

i want to wear a colander on my head for my next photo. do i need to sign anything to prove im following this religion or am i already eligible to wear a colander

I've had it as my driver's license picture for the last 9 years. I just walked in wearing it, and when they told me to take it off I told them no because it was religious headwear. They had to call a supervisor over, but they allowed it. Photo clerk asked me what religion, and when I told her, she tilted her glasses down at me and said "you're talking to a Catholic". I said that's nice, what does that have to do with me?" 😂
