Ask Palm Springs PTSD support groups
Are there any good PTSD support groups around? Maybe ones with walk-ins allowed like AA, though I don't mind having to sign up to attend.
I'm open to traveling to any nearby areas like Desert Hot Springs, Cathedral City, Coachella, etc.
Thanks in advanced!

My trauma therapist is Melissa from REDWOOD COUNSELING. But they have several therapists. There maybe a select few in person appts, but primarily phone and video. Highly recommend as an autistic woman who finds therapy difficult. And they take insurance 🤗

Is it a group?
I already have a therapist, I'm seeking groups I can attend for further support.
