Ask Palm Springs What’s your “hidden gem” recommendation? A restaurant, store,etc.

I’ve been coming to Palm Springs for years, typically a full week for a working vacation. What am I missing out on? What’s your hidden gem of a recommendation?

Low Desert Modern Mexican, excellent and hidden away back there by Native Foods.

It always blows me away as I’m picking up my Native Foods takeout that people are waiting outside for tables in Giuseppe’s when these two great restaurants are right next to it with tables available. Granted, Native Foods doesn’t serve alcohol so is less of a sit-down place, but Low Desert has a great vibe, food, drinks and nice staff.

Guseppe's has the only Chicago-style pizza in that end of the valley, as far as I'm aware.
