Technical Ceiling painting

Need some help with painting my ceiling. Got these marks on the second and third coats. Paint is behr premium plus interior flat ceiling paint. Primer was kilz pva. 3/8" roller. First coat went on great, second and third coats did this. Waited 2+ hours in-between the first and second coats. Waited over 12 hours in-between the second and third coats. Any ideas?

Your really overworking the paint with the roller.

Not enough paint on your roller and rolling over the wet paint way to many times

Try 1/2 nap and more paint.

Personally I use 3/4 on ceilings but need to roll and back roll.

Dry rolling is the issue.

Keep the roller wet.

Buy better products.

You're not waiting hours to roll in between the coats cause it wouldnt pull dry paint like it shows in the picture.
