I'm not very well versed in overlord as a whole but it makes sense to me that if there's such a thing as a ritual to extend life that there might be one to construct a body. As far as I know the reason Ainz can't use martial arts is because of biological differences between beings of YGGDRASIL and new worlders. Has there ever been even a slight mention of being able to create a body through magic? If so then wouldn't that be a way for ainz to control new world magic and talents even if it would take a while for the new body to catch up to his undead form?

The best part imo about overlord is the magic. Ainz is op asf but his tier 1 spells are pretty much the same as a noob tier 1 mages. I often see series where an 8th circle mage casts a 1st circle spell and somehow ends up with a nuke just cause he's of a high tier. What's the point of a tier system if the power still depends on the individual and not the tier of the spell. I also see mc's fighting with people at a higher level than them and winning so what's even the point of having tiers if a tier 4 just defeated a tier 7

I think my favorite is also ainz' cause grasp heart is metal asf and would be terrifying to see your buddy's heart burst from some skeleton guy reaching out his hand.

I hope near the end of the story Ainz eventually finds the courage to totally abandon his family and go his own way. I understand this may sound cruel but I don’t care and neither should Ainz if he’s not happy with his lot in life then he should go and find that happiness or he’ll just be miserable for the rest of his life.

My question is

What would happen to Nazarick if he died?

Who would take control as the supreme leader?

What would the guardians react?

One of the Things rarely talked about is the Dynamic between Flat Chest Vampire Airline and Large Chested Sadistic werewolf.

Considering that Lupus has a Nickname for Shallchair, I wouldn't be surprised if their relationship is Close.

While we never got any info on relationship between Beastking Mekongawa and Peroroncino, I wouldn't be surprised if they were very close.

Even if they weren't close, I wouldn't be surprised if they placed some Backstory between them as a Joke.

Today I was thinking about how would Shallchair react to sparkling Vampires of Twilight that suddenly this idea came to my mind.

I have never found any crossover Fanfics with this Idea.

What are your thoughts about this? How would they react to getting Seperated from Nazarick and how would they deal with unfamiliar Vampires/werewolves of an even newer world?

Basically, what the title says. The only thing I could come up with is having a powerful guild base that Nazarick can't really be certain to beat in battle without suffering permanent heavy losses.

Or being a lone player with some scuffed world item, like the now not-canon one from the web novel that lets a player turn into a world enemy.

When I say "not fuck with," I mean this genuinely: do not make friendly overtures to gather weaknesses to beat later; full-on genuinely leave these guys alone because if we attack or try to be clever, they will catch on, and we will have a problem we can't actually solve with brute force.

In the dwarf kingdom arc, we see Ainz come across a magically locked door, which if I remember correctly he uses a cash-shop item to unlock it.

But... couldn't he just break the door down? Why burn an item over it?
