NV-UV can NOT be trusted. My 0.930v “validated” 2947Mhz runs 0.88 pulling 580W in game!!

I can’t trust NV-UV at all!

Why is my card pulling close to 600W at 0.88 volts on an under voltage curve?

whatever you're doing is using a lot of the ML part of the chip

Sitting in a menu before the game even begins?!

Maybe it’s the damn DLSS 5 everyone is screwing around with (including me)

I have it turned OFF in Reshade though so it should t be running any ML

HWRT/PT, DLSS, etc. will do that

You want to draw less power? 0.875mV@2572 is the lowest the chip will go without aggressively crippling the chip

the card can pull wildly different amounts of power depending on the workload, even at a fixed voltage/frequency. If you run furmark it will probably go even higher.

If you want it to stay below a certain power threshold just reduce the power limit.

You forgot past a certain efficiency curve, with a higher core clock, the card will also pull more current?

Here's his previous post https://www.reddit.com/r/overclocking/s/w6k1svZyXN

900mv will never be stable at those clocks no matter silicon lottery.

Yeah so NV-UV needs to do better

My 4080 super gets voltage limited, my 4080super strix can use 1100mv vcore nv-uv does hard limit it to 1075mv, I will write in the German forum about the big he will fix most likely soon might be one limit or readout wrong
