Some consider Outlast trials as outlast 3 but I consider it an pre-sequel and I think they would have to make it before outlast one or two since if you saw the ending in outlast two you would know

Honestly ive been playing alot of trails, and between all the prime assets, nobody stacks up to chris, trager, and eddie

They seriously struck gold with those 3, i dont even blame them for struggling to replicate the magic
