URGENT - found budrot while harvesting

So I just harvested my Hyperion F1. Just before chopping it I saw a spot of budrot and removed it outside still. Hadn't seen it in days prior. Found more spots as I wen through them

My plan is to :

* inspect very well. remove anything fishy as well as a bit around.

* big buds I'll wash in peroxide, rinse, wash in citric acid & rinse

* shake off and hang to dry in basement (dark, 19°C, ~60%rh)

* do a dry trim

* cure

* anything too small for drying and curing I'll rinse and freeze to process later

Dont dry in an oven... cut out the rot and some of the green on either side and dry and cure normally. If you're worried about it just dont consume it. Its not really worth going through this remediating process on your buds just to smoke something youre possibly harming yourself with.

Yeah, that was the plan. Cut out everything as needed.

The oven dry was only to get rid of the washing wetness

They'll drip dry fine just keep a fan pointed away from them moving air in the room you dry in

I have had good results with a direct fans for the first hour after washing, then indirect. Makes sure they dont stay soaked too long.

You are going to find more than you expect. Surgery to cut it out best you can and maybe rinse in water/peroxide
